Long-time partners IBIS and Illumina have extended their offerings to help organizations leverage diversity with a new set of e-learning modules on Unconscious Bias.  The series consists of four modules – an introduction to Unconscious Bias, and then specific modules on Recruiting & Hiring, Career Development, and a Culture of Inclusion.  The modules are available “off-the-shelf,” or can be customized to reflect a particular organization’s emphases and objectives.  The modules echo the diversity theme, with a broad range of visual presentation approaches and of learner interactivities, to engage users with different learning styles.
