The International E-Learning Association recognized Illumina in their 2014 E-Learning Awards for outstanding e-learning development, selecting the company as Runner-up in the Business Division. The award was given for Therapist Training on Cognitive Behavior Therapy for Anxiety Disorders, a set of course modules developed by the Center for Telepsychology and Illumina to help therapists understand both the conceptual foundation and the practical application of Cognitive Behavior Therapy. IELA President and Award Committee Chairman Dr. David Guralnick said “Our committee was very impressed with the overall quality of this year’s submissions, and particularly with the variety of approaches to e-learning and performance support that were submitted.” Commenting about Illumina’s award-winning submission, he noted “The reviewers appreciated the course’s focus on practical application rather than solely on abstract principles, and found that the course integrated a nice variety of techniques.”
