Temkin Group: Customer Experience Online Learning Portal and eLearning Modules

The Challenge: 

Leading customer experience (CX) experts, Temkin Group, approached Illumina Interactive to help realize a series of cutting-edge e-learning modules to bring their instructor-led and virtual classroom courses to a much larger audience, and to create an online platform that would allow Temkin Group to deliver training to corporations as well as individuals.

The Solution: 

Illumina worked with Temkin Group to develop the initial e-learning curriculum and to produce the first modules in what will become a large series of offerings. Further, Illumina designed and developed a complete Moodle-based multi-tenancy online learning portal that allows for secure co-branded areas where learning journeys can be delivered to organizations and their CX teams, and where e-commerce features allow individuals to purchase customized learning journeys.
