“Future Focused” New Hire Orientation Animation
The Challenge:
As part of a widely used internal set of elearning courses titled “Living the AIR Values,” AIR wanted a short module for both company newcomers and veterans that could connect the individual staff members’ personal development goals with the company’s mission and objectives. AIR also desired a visual look for the course that was upbeat, contemporary, and welcoming.
The Solution:
AIR shared an initial PowerPoint deck. Using that content, Illumina developed an animated video for the course. The course acquaints AIR staff with key tools and resources for their individual development. The course presents and emphasizes the many different learning approaches, from formal to informal, recognized and encouraged for AIR staff. It also highlights specific systems that staff members can use to locate and consume AIR’s extensive learning offerings.
