Building upon the foundation of seven e-learning courses comprising over 25 hours of online instruction and a learning management system previously developed and deployed together, Illumina and Education Development Center (EDC) established a contract for Illumina to do major additional course development and system enhancement for the SAMHSA-funded Center for the Application of Prevention Technologies.  The contract covers up to ten additional courses over a five-year period. Work has begun on the first two courses, to help meet the need for practical and standardized sustainability guidance among substance abuse prevention practitioners.
