Illumina Helps Multinational Product Company Reach New Audiences
Illumina began work in early 2021 with a major consumer products and chemicals company, with new learning offerings for their distributors’ sales force. From that original success, the company and Illumina have dramatically expanded the course library to assist new audiences. The course library now includes an entire suite of courses that are aimed directly at end users, rather than sales personnel. New modules address additional products that weren’t part of the initial library. Many of the courses have been translated into Spanish versions, to more successfully serve Spanish-speaking customers. The company and Illumina are beginning to work on other courses, too, such as ones needed for healthcare product applications.
