For more than five years, Illumina has been working with a nationwide, multi-brand franchisee restaurant chain to help them increase sales and profitability, realize cost savings and enhance brand reputation across brands.

In collaboration with the client, Illumina has developed and maintained a multi-modal curriculum for thousands of franchisees (and brand back-office staff) to support franchisee onboarding, ongoing business system and process enhancements, as well as programs to support compliance with industry regulations and standards. Some of the many areas targeted and addressed include more effective handling of pricing and taxes, enhancements to labor management, improved inventory management, and more effectively conducting QA and restaurant evaluations.
