Amanda Lonas joined the Illumina Interactive team in January 2026 and is already making an impact in her learning management system administration, end-user support, and quality assurance role with the company. She brings over 15 years of experience in learning technology, most recently working as a customer support specialist with Moodle US, where she served as the primary support contact for a number of high-volume client accounts, resolving complex technical issues, and collaborating across teams to deliver quality solutions. Prior to working at Moodle she worked with a number of eLearning solutions providers as a designer and courseware developer. Amanda is dedicated to maintaining system performance, streamlining processes, and continuously improving the overall eLearning experience. Amanda is also an avid board and video game player and collector of “nerdy things”. She also enjoys going to conventions and the occasional cosplay.
