In 2024, Illumina developed a series of eLearning modules for the Senior Medicare Patrol National Resource Center (SMPNRC) a nationwide program housed within the Northeast Iowa Area Agency of Aging (NEI3A) with funding through the Administration for Community Living, a division of the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services. The 6-module series was designed to help counselors in the National Resource Center’s 50 state centers in their efforts to empower and assist Medicare beneficiaries, their families, and caregivers to prevent, detect, and report health care fraud by learning how to better communicate with their clients to create more inclusive discussions and a higher level of service. In late 2025 and early 2026 the SMPNRC engaged us on a major renovation to the series, which is being launched this Spring.
