Allison is a learning nerd and e-learning expert. She has an MS in Education and has served in a variety of roles including instructional designer, performance consultant, and trainer. With a background in Psychology and Instructional Design, she excels at creating engaging and relevant learning for work. As a former co-founder of Denver-based custom digital learning solutions studio, STREETCAR8, and the new Director of Instructional Design Services at Illumina Interactive, she loves supporting learning where and when people need it, and designing learning solutions that lead to organizational success. Prior to STREETCAR8, Allison held positions as a Training Manager at Integra Connect, Senior Analyst for Training and Development at Abt Associates, Employee Development Manager at iXL, Instructional Designer at Bell South, and Training & Development Manager at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. In her down time, Allison enjoys connecting with family and friends, hiking Colorado’s many trails and drinking unreasonable amounts of coffee.
