In March, the Illumina team partnered with the Advanced Rehabilitation Institute at Orlando Health to develop and launch a free, virtual curriculum and adaptive fitness program web site for individuals with spinal cord injury in Central Florida. The web site includes videos and other materials on adaptive aerobic dance, cross-fit, fitness, nutrition, yoga, and other topics to continue to promote their ongoing health and fitness needs.
