Staying ahead of what’s next in learning has always been a top priority for Illumina Interactive and this year is no different. Several members of the Illumina team are attending DevLearn, one of the industry’s biggest learning conferences. Next week marks the beginning of the first ever virtual DevLearn Conference. This 10+ day virtual event takes place October 19-30 and includes over 125 live sessions plus experimental formats for networking and deeper learning including After Hours Buzz and SpeakerChat.

Keeping in the spirit of DevLearn, Illumina is pleased to propel our own learning forward and to connect with others who are working in the most innovative areas of elearning. We have been especially busy at work on VR environments, accessibility in Storyline development, Diversity & Inclusion training, and translations and localization, and we look forward to attending these live sessions.

Our own Jason Kramer, Senior eLearning Developer & Designer, presented “Putting Visuals to Work for your eLearning Story” at DevLearn 2018. He’ll be there and looks forward to answering your questions and talking to you about this topic.

Plus, we’re appearing in a couple places as well:

1) In Session 322 on Wednesday 10/21, Prove It! ROI from VR. 3 Extraordinary Case Studies – “Three clients from three different business categories all had very different learning objectives. What do they have in common? They all used immersive learning to achieve jaw-dropping results… John Blackmon, the CTO of eLearning Brothers, will share examples from Transition Associates for Fendi, Illumina Interactive for a nonprofit, and Vanderbilt University’s School of Nursing, which will blow you away!”

2) We’re demoing the AWARE for All Virtual Exhibit Hall we developed for CISCRP – the Center for Information and Study in Clinical Research Participation in DevLearn’s DemoFest at 4pm EST on Wednesday 10/21!

Come see us (virtually)!
