Illumina has been working since early 2021 with a major consumer products and chemicals company, strengthening their learning offerings for their distributors’ sales force. This initiative has expanded, with the initial US focus broadened to include Canada, and work underway to add Australia/New Zealand. Additional branches for the company’s TalentLMS learning platform have been added for the new geographies, with localization as well, such as the requirement for French in Canada in addition to English. Beyond language changes, the international expansion requires many other modifications to the course library, to reflect different product availability, product packaging, regulatory conditions, and more in the different geographies served.
