The Unconscious Bias e-learning series from IBIS and Illumina continues to expand to new customers. The newest clients – including Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta, New York City Health and Hospitals, USA Today, Brown University, and others – illustrate the impact of bias training and the e-learning modules’ appeal across a wide range of corporations, associations, non-profits, government agencies, and educational institutions. The Unconscious Bias series consists of four modules – an introduction to unconscious bias, and specific modules on recruiting and hiring, career development, and establishing a culture of inclusion. The modules echo the diversity theme, with a broad range of visual presentation approaches and of learner interactivities, to engage users with different learning styles. Illumina has helped many IBIS customers by customizing the modules, with modifications ranging from simple organizational branding changes to extensive content changes to reflect the unique issues and needs for a particular client.
