In August, Ashley Collins joined Illumina as our LMS Administration & Support Specialist and is already helping to support some of our critical client learning management system platforms. Her passion for all things learning began during college where she earned her BA and Master of Education at the University of South Carolina. A high school social studies teacher during the height of the COVID pandemic pushed her into a role leading the training of her fellow educators on the school’s LMS and eventually she transitioned to a role as LMS Administrator at a major restaurant chain where she taught team members and built new processes to streamline technical support.
