Jean Marrapodi, PhD, CPLP comes on board as Illumina’s Senior Learning Architect, bringing 20 plus years of elearning design, development and leadership to our clients with experience in banking, retail, healthcare, print, nonprofit and higher education sectors. Marrapodi’s leadership was recognized nationally in 2014 by Brandon Hall for Best Learning Team and by the United States Distance Learning Association for Best Learning Program, and in 2016, she received the prestigious eLearning Guild’s Guildmaster designation for her contributions to the industry. Jean specializes in needs assessment for performance improvement, instructional strategy and design, and evaluation, bringing the right solutions for clients to generate business change. Jean has a Masters of Online Instructional Design and a PhD in Adult Education.  As one of her projects, Jean will be heading a new initiative to launch an Illumina blog, Illuminating Ideas, to share learning management and practitioner insights from Illumina’s experience.  Jean is a frequent speaker at learning conferences, so look for her thoughts and contributions there.
