AIR wanted a quick way to introduce both new and existing employees to AIR’s strategic priorities, and the many AIR resources to accelerate their development and achieve those priorities. Illumina created a 12-minute animated video summarizing the vision and priorities, and laying out some of the many tools and course offerings that AIR has for employees. The video made clear that AIR has resources to give them the necessary skills, knowledge, and competencies, whether they were focused on the requirements of their current role, expanding their skillset, or transitioning to a new role. The video utilized an animated style, built using GoAnimate’s Vyond development tool, to take employees rapidly through the many possibilities.
