Bioresearch Monitoring Inspection Readiness Fundamentals
The Challenge:
Boston Scientific trains employees to participate in required FDA inspections. The company had been providing this training in a classroom setting, and wanted to move to on-line delivery.
The Solution:
To convert an ILT course into online training for Boston Scientific, Illumina created a graphic novel approach, with lots of user interaction and printable job aids and resources. The course used still photos, with Boston Scientific employees playing the different roles. The photonovella could be both entertaining and effective for learners.
