Equifax Account Planning Toolkit
The Challenge:
Vantage Partners came to Illumina Interactive with the goal of creating a self-paced online learning module to introduce Equifax account managers to Vantage’s interactive Account Planning Toolkit application, and to show them how to use the Toolkit to get a holistic view of each partner, conduct business planning activities, uncover new and unexplored opportunities, and maintain account plans.
The Solution:
The Illumina team developed an interactive e-learning module designed to accompany Vantage Partners’ Account Planning Toolkit to present the various components of the Toolkit through animated screen recordings, highlighting the underlying concepts and understanding effective methods to help account managers locate key information about accounts, and identify, plan and execute on plans.
